Script to launch juypter lab on a compute node for user to connect to from their local browser.

Python tool for managing a folder's access control list (acl). The tool can be used by any user on any folder for which the user is the owner.

Instructions for users to stand up a postgreSQL database on midway. Note the midway environment is NOT suited for people running their own persistent database. Users are responsible for spinning up, backing up and tearing down their db.
